Jim is also credentialed by the Norwegian Society of Texas as a CNHG (Certified in Nordic History & Geography), having served as a Viking history lecturer aboard cruise ships belonging to Norwegian Cruise Lines (visiting Iceland, Scotland, and other Viking shore lands), Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines (visiting Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Russia, and other Viking shore lands), and Orient Lines (visiting Viking shore lands bordering the Baltic Sea, North Sea, English Channel, Atlantic Ocean, and Mediterranean Sea).
